Facilitator Training

Delivering IM&M+

CCDF offers a 5-day intensive certified IM&M+ Facilitator Training.

Like IM&M+ itself, the training is highly experiential and mirrors its module themes.

It explores:

  • the theoretical underpinnings of the program,
  • supports facilitators in gaining knowledge and becoming comfortable with the content, format and purpose of the program,
  • connects those in training with the broader IM&M+ Community of Practice.

The training supports sustainable delivery capacity in organizations.

Master Trainers Suzanne Klinga and Rod Palmer deliver the training. They have over 70 years of combined experience working with people at a pre-employability stage of their careers and training facilitators across Canada in providing career development programming.

IM&M+ must be delivered by a certified IM&M+ Facilitator trained by CCDF

Flipchat with a tree drawn on it that is full of sticky notes that list the qualities of a leader: Lead by example, good communicator, encouraging, empathy, decisive, determined, understanding (eye-to-eye), firm but fair, composure, compassionate, focused, good listener, emotionally strong, loyalty, integrity and initiative.
  • They Comfort and Support Each Other

Our participants have grown more than we could have imagined.  In just three weeks the group shares openly, they comfort and support each other, they share so many supportive and kind words it is a beautiful thing to watch and be a part of every day.  This week there were lots of tears as the individuals shared personal stories, their constellation, and as they continued to add items to each other's power boxes. The tears were shared among the group because of everyone's understanding and support for one another.
