My Adaptability Story
The following will be a story that highlights how I have applied the skill of adaptability throughout the program. At the start of the program, I shared to the coordinator of my interest in the field of logistics based on my past career search. However, since the attendance of the program, that has changed. The skill of adaptability has helped me significantly in keeping an open mind on possibilities rather than becoming overwhelmed by new information. The practice of this skill during the program complimented the frequency of the workshops that introduced new information into the process of job search. Applying the skill of adaptability has allowed me to incorporate the new information learned in an effective manner.
My Adaptability Goal
The goal that I have in mind for this skill for the next four weeks will be to remain present in the workshops and incorporate in information without getting overwhelmed.
