One experience that helped me develop my skills was volunteering and helping others. I learned how important communication, teamwork, and responsibility are when working with different people. I had to listen to instructions, stay organized, and help wherever I was needed. Playing basketball and volleyball also helped me improve my collaboration and adaptability because I had to work with teammates, adjust to different situations, and keep a positive attitude. These experiences taught me that my skills can improve through practice, effort, and learning from others.
One skill I want to improve is collaboration. Through playing basketball and volleyball and working on group assignments, I have learned that working together is important for reaching a common goal. I want to improve by listening more to other people’s ideas, sharing my own thoughts, and making sure everyone gets a chance to contribute. By practising these skills in school, sports, and volunteering, I can become a better teammate and learn how to work more effectively with others.
