Switching from preventative maintenance to emergency repairs in order to maintain production deadlines
Working with production to minimize downtime
Setting up enterprise wide cmms & asset mgm system, complete with over 680 profiles, which included pictures, manuals, parts info, schematics, landed costs, maintenance costs, amortization, depreciation, revenue and other relevant information, was beginning to figure out inventory & preventative maintenance scheduling as well as automatic reporting before I was required to focus on other opportunities
