If you need a reminder of what a rating means, hover your mouse over the + images for a tool tip.
You will be able to rate each statement twice; how it applied to you before you took the training and how it applies to you now after the training.

Once completed, you will be provided a link with a unique key to your results. The tool does not record any identifying information like your name or email. We do not have the ability to retrieve your results and will not share them with any instructor or agency. If you'd like to view your results at a later date, please save the unique link provided at the end or download a PDF copy.
